Intellex Ultra, DVMS, LT, IP v4.2 Software Patch

This software update for Intellex (running software version 4.2) addresses the following issues:
- Cannot view video from a CCTV keyboard
- Additional Help file support
NOTE: The software patch must be applied to each Intellex running software version 4.2. The Network Client v4.2 software patch may also be required in conjunction with this Intellex patch. To download the patch - click here, and follow the instructions.
Intellex v4.2 Software Patch Installation Instructions:
- Using a computer with an Internet connection download the file "Intellex_42_Update_CM0001.zip" and unzip to a removable storage media device.
Note: If Intellex has an Internet connection, the file can be downloaded directly to Intellex. Follow steps 2 and 3 to exit the Intellex application, then download the file.
- Exit the Intellex program by selecting Utility > Exit. When prompted "Do you wish to quit the program?" select Yes.
- 3. At the password screen enter the PIN and select OK to exit the Intellex application.
Note: Contact Technical Support for your PIN.
- Run the "Intellex_42_Update_CM0001.msp" file from the removal storage media.
- Wait for the Installation Preparing to Install wizard to complete.
- Click on Update.
- Wait while patch files are installed to Intellex.
- Click on Finish to complete the installation.
NOTE: Intellex may automatically restart. If Intellex does not automatically restart it must be manually restarted for the changes to take effect.
