Intellex IP v4.17 Software Patch
This software update for Intellex IP (running software version 4.17) includes the following improvements and addresses the following issues found within the Intellex v4.17 release.
- IP camera handler is updated to expand the list of third party IP devices compatible with Intellex IP.

See Applications Note Third Party IP Devices Supported by Intellex IP for a full list of third party IP devices compatible with Intellex IP.
Other features in this release include:
- Activity Log audit information to accurately reflect access to the Intellex schedules and custom schedules.
- An IP text stream does not automatically restart after connection to the Intellex has been restored that was previously lost.
- Switching cameras while in pause mode in playback causes the time displayed to change by approximately 5 seconds.
- Changes implemented to address Time Zone changes in Venezuela.
- Intellex does not record changes for certain parameters in various Schedule Setup menus.

Intellex 4.17 Software Patch Installation Instructions:
- Using a computer with an Internet connection download the file "Intellex_CM0003_Update.zip" to a removable storage media device.
Note: If the Intellex has an Internet connection the file can be downloaded directly to the Intellex, follow steps 2 and 3 to exit the Intellex application then download the file.
- Exit the Intellex program by selecting Utility > Exit. When prompted "Do you wish to quit the program?" select Yes.
- At the password screen enter the pin code and select OK to exit the Intellex application.
Note: Contact Technical Support for your pin code.
- Run the "Intellex_CM0003_Update.zip" file from the removal storage media.
- Wait for the Installation Preparing to Install Wizard to complete.
- Click on Update.
- Wait while patch files are installed to the Intellex.
- Click on Finish to complete the installation.
NOTE: The Intellex will automatically restart.
