Network Client v4.17 Activity Log Software Patch

This software update for Network Client (running software version 4.17) corrects Activity Log audit information to accurately reflect modify and access to the Intellex schedules and custom schedules.

NOTE: The software patch must be applied to each Network Client unit running software version 4.17. The associated 4.17 Intellex patch is also required to be installed in conjunction with this Network Client Patch.


Network Client 4.17 Software Patch Installation Instructions:

  1. Using a computer with an Internet connection download the file "Network_Client_Update_CM0001.exe" to a removable storage media device.

  2. NOTE: If the Network Client has an Internet connection the file can be downloaded directly to the Network Client computer.

  3. Exit the Network Client application and run the "Network_Client_Update_CM0001.exe" file from the removal storage media.
  4. Wait for the Preparing to Install Wizard to complete.
  5. Click on Update.
  6. Once the patch files are installed to the Network Client machine, click on Finish to complete the installation.
  7. When prompted Restart the Network Client computer
