Network Client v4.0 SP1

This maintenance release resolves a number known limitations related to Network Client v4.0. For detailed description of the items addressed with this service pack, refer to the Release Notes.

This release also introduces the following new features:

Image Validation: allows users to ensure that the image has not been altered.

NOTE: Network Client v4.0 SP1 requires a prior installation of Network Client v4.0.

Video card with 16 MB video RAM, Direct Draw support
800 x 600 or higher resolution with 16-bit color

Requirements for multi-pane layouts:

3.2 GHz Dual Core Intel Pentium 4 processor
120 MB hard drive space for installing the software, 10 GB hard drive (local or network) space for video storage.
1 GB DDR2 533 MHz Memory
Gigabit Ethernet NIC
High performance PCI Express x16 graphics card supporting DirectX 9.0 and dual independent monitors. At least 512 MB of high speed graphics memory. Four live windows requires two graphics cards and two PCI Express X16 slots.
1024 x 768 or higher resolution monitor with 32 bit color
CD-ROM drive for software installation or CD-RW if export to CD is required.
Windows® XP Home, Windows XP Pro, or Windows 2000 Professional

Compatibility Note: Network Client v4.0 Service Pack 1 cannot be installed on a computer alongside other applications that use the Intellex API (Application Programming Interface) v3.0 or v2.x.

If you are using an application that accesses video from an Intellex, you will need to upgrade that application to a version that uses Intellex API v4.0 before installing Network Client v4.0. Contact the company that developed the software to determine if they have a version available that is compatible with Intellex API v4.0.

Network Client v4.0 Service Pack 1 is backward compatible with all Intellex v3.2 and v2.6 units, however, not all capabilities of Network Client v4.0 are available to all versions of Intellex.

I have read the above Compatibility Note and understand that installing Network Client v4.0 Service Pack 1 alongside applications that use versions of the Intellex API prior to v4.0 will render those applications and Network Client unusable.
