Intellex Ultra v4.0 SP1

This maintenance release resolves a number known limitations related to the Intellex Ultra hardware platform. For detailed description of the items addressed with this service pack, refer to the Release Notes.

This release also introduces the following new features:

• Enhanced Event Monitoring: provides system monitoring and notification of events related to the Intellex Ultra internal RAID5 configurations. Notifications of events are made via Intellex interface, Network Client and are through email.

Download Instructions:

1. On a PC equipped with a CD writer, download and save the software below to your local hard drive.
2. Copy the file to a CD for installation onto the Intellex.

Installation Instructions:

1. Exit Intellex by clicking on Utility, Exit. Enter the exit PIN code.
2. Insert the CD with the update into the CD drive.
3. Double click on the My Computer icon.
4. Double click on the compact disc icon.
5. Double click on IntellexUltra_40_SP1.msi.
6. Click on Next, Install, and Finish.
7. Close the compact disc window and eject the disk.
8. Double click on the Intellex icon to start the system.
