Intellex®  v3.0 Call Monitor Update

This software update for Intellex version 3.0 provides support for the new Call Monitor board (P/N 0311-0062-01) and eliminates the error message when saving a BMP image to floppy disk. Units with this update installed will support both the 0301-1096-01 and the 0311-0062-01 Call Monitor Boards.

Note: This update can only be installed on Intellex units with version 3.0.11 or 3.0.15 software. Do not attempt to install this update on any other version of Intellex or damage to your system may result. To find out what version of software you have, click on Utility, then About Intellex. The version will be displayed on the screen. If the version is 3.0.11 or 3.0.15 then you can install this update.

Download & Installation Instructions:

A PC equipped with a CD Writer and appropriate software is needed to create the installation CD.

  1. After you have downloaded the software update, copy it onto a CD for installation onto the Intellex.
  2. Exit Intellex to the Windows desktop by clicking on Utility, Exit. Enter the Exit PIN number when prompted.
  3. Insert the CD containing the Intellex 3.0 Call Monitor Update into the CD drive on the Intellex.
  4. Double click on the My Computer icon on the desktop.
  5. Double click on the compact disc icon.
  6. Double click on the program Intlx30CallMonPatch.exe to start the installation. Click on the appropriate button when prompted during the installation process.
  7. When the installation is complete the Intellex will reboot. Intellex will automatically run and the software update will be installed. Verify by clicking on Utility, About Intellex, System and verify that the message "0311-0062-01 Support" is displayed.
