VideoEdge Software - Online Registration Form

Please complete this VideoEdge software registration form to receive your valid software license file(s). Refer to the product labels located on the original purchased software discs for your unique software serial number for the corresponding product type (NVR Bundled Servers and/or Software). Please make sure that you have installed the product onto the designated computer and have access to the uniquely generated system file generated by each software application as it is required to complete the registration process for each product.

For help obtaining uniquely generated system file:
  • For Windows software registration, go back to the installed PC and use the Help drop-down and click on
    the HOW TO OBTAIN A LICENSE link.
  • For NVR software registration, go back to the NVR server and click on the default LICENSE page.

If you are registering a VideoEdge NVR software upgrade, you will need to provide the original NVR Software Serial Number and may be asked to upgrade the current firmware version on your system. If you are looking to purchase a Software Maintenance Agreement or have an older legacy software-based or X1 hardware-based NVR, then please contact your local American Dynamics sales representative for assistance.

After all of the information is entered and required files have been attached, click the Submit button. An email containing the valid and purchased software license file(s) will be sent to you from the American Dynamics Licensing Department will be sent to you from the American Dynamics Licensing department within 24 hours (M-F only.)
